About Us

Exyon is proudly Australian owned and operated, with over 25 years of combined experience in sourcing and retail. We specialise in providing high-quality new and refurbished branded products. All refurbished and demo devices undergo a rigorous inspection process to ensure 100% functionality. Devices are cleaned, reset, unlocked to all Australian networks, and include a warranty. A tax invoice is provided with every purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:
- Unused and in brand-new condition
- Original packaging intact (including box, inserts, accessories, and seals)
- No physical or cosmetic damage
- Return request initiated via customer service prior to return

Important: Change-of-mind returns must be approved in writing by our Customer Service team. Buyer is responsible for return postage.

Warranty Policy

All goods are covered by Australian Consumer Law guarantees. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product fails to meet acceptable quality standards or experiences a major failure.

What Is Covered:
- Hardware or internal faults (not caused by misuse)
- Devices not matching their description
- Functional issues not disclosed at the time of sale

What Is Not Covered (Warranty Void):
- Physical damage after delivery (cracks, dents, drops)
- Liquid or water damage
- Software tampering or rooting/jailbreaking
- Repairs conducted by third-party or unauthorised technicians

Dead on Arrival / Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged or non-functional:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo and video evidence
- We will guide you through the return/replacement process promptly

Return Authorisation Process

All return requests must:
1. Be submitted to support@exyon.com.au
2. Include clear photo and/or video evidence
3. Await a Return Authorisation (RA) Number before posting the item

Returns received without prior authorisation may be rejected or returned to sender.

Restocking Fee

If a product has been opened, used, or returned without meeting “as-new” conditions, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. This is assessed case-by-case and communicated before processing the return.
